Free agent signing announced in the spring. He was at the prospects camp in July.

He's 25 years-old. Seems to be a scoring winger and fan favourite in Germany. He has 8 years in the DEL.

I totally forgot about Ehliz. Would be a solid 4th liner for the team if he makes it.

Good for him - that was awesome!

I am rooting for him to make the team now.

Not a bad thing to have a motivated 3M member looking to bounce back. With Frolik expected to lose a top six spot to Neal and Lindholm his getting ready will really push that third line to be more impactful.

"We focused a lot on lower-body stuff - a lot of speed and quickness drills to work on our explosiveness. Leg work, quick feet, long jumps and hurdles, on ground, on sand - everything you can imagine to help improve the legs, core strength and agility.

"Stamina was a big part of it, too. We know how young the league is now and how important a big tank is to not only keep up, but push the pace.

There was some good videos on Twitter that showed some of Frolik's training regime, it was tiring just watching it. Hope he comes back and has a bounce back year.

To be fair though his Jaw injury really set him back this year. From what I recall he was pretty good in the first part of the season.

Agreed, I've been pretty hard on the guy as far as deserving a spot on the team but after seeing these videos of the work he's put in this off-season I'd be hard pressed to believe anyone has worked as hard as he has, the guy's been going full out all summer.

The drills he was doing in the sand gave me leg cramps just watching lmao

Man I'm excited for Parsons, love the maturity that comes through that interview. Expecting big things from him this year

He's still tracking the puck long after practice is over and he's mid interview.

I'm really curious about Sam Bennett's off season. I wonder what he worked on.

Works out with Crosby during the offseason and has for the past two or three years. I know last year he said he wanted to work on his speed and shot.

Cant wait to find out also.
