Playoffs.

I also want to see a line of Tkachuk-Lindholm-Bennett become a dominant second line hovering aroind 50 points each.

I want to see a team that's hard to play against every single night, win or lose.

I want opposing teams to see Calgary on their road schedule and say "oh s**t, that's gonna be a tough night".

I want to see our special teams in the top 10.

I want Bennett to finally break out.

I want to see Brodie return to form.

I want complete and total domination over that dumpster fire up north.

And of course, I want to see this big beautiful bastard brought back to Calgary where it belongs:

I want to bring back accountability to the organization

If a veteran isn't bringing it, stapled to the bench or to the press box

If a star isn't bringing it, same thing

If the coach is more interested in Corsi than winning. Make the change.

If our goalie struggles - make the switch for 5 or 10 games.

I think if we bring back accountability and upward pressure we'll be really tough to beat.

This. If Bennet could take that step and become a top 6 winger we'd start to be stocked.

Win the Cup. Anything less would be uncivilized.

I want the team to be a legit top team all year and have all our young players and acquisitions make a huge impact. Treliving GM of the year

Mike Smith to score a humiliating even strength no-goalie-pulled goal against the Oilers.

Flames should make a run in the playoffs next year, if they do not that will be a failure. 5th year for BT, it is time to have a run at least as long as Chiarelli's, anything less would be uncivilized.

I want the team to play an uptempo game and everyone not be worried about their ability to score, such that if they are, say, down a goal or two with 10 minutes to go, you feel like the team not only can, but very well just may win (such as was common when coaches with cups on their resumes such as Hartley or Keenan were coaching).

I want to see Mike Smith stop reading his press, quit handling the puck and sending to guys with no support causing turnovers.

Would like to see Smith play well at home, and also on the road.

Wishlist?
-Have a good start, a really good one. Countless times we've chased from behind the eight ball almost from the get go
-Get to witness someone put up an elitely good stat that doesn't happen frequently. E.g. 50 goals or 80 assists or break 100 points (second and third likely only being Gaudreau) OR a special team stat like the comeback wins in 14-15 or a top 3 PP, home wins, etc.
-At least one really huge buzzer beater type comeback victory in an important game
-Have a winning record against California*
-Some dominating performances against the Oilers to rectify some of that awfulness we experienced under GG
-Some playoff success. Doesn't have to be four rounds but taking two the distance would be a step forward
-A line brawl like in Vancouver would be fun, with antics and drama. The last one was season altering so it can be a big deal.
-Just a team that gels and has chemistry on the ice that matches what it looks like on paper
-A surprise breakout season would be fun. Bennett would be pretty delicious after all the criticism/doubt.
-Iginla sees a winning team here and takes a job with the organization.

For me

1) Improved Home Record. That sunk us last year by not being able to win at home. Any team going under .500 at home deserves to miss the playoffs.

2) Coaching staff utilizes players properly. Not afraid to make changes if things go south.

3) Special Teams - Nuff Said.

4) Play with emotion. Show us why we're paying big bucks to watch you.

5) TJ Brodie rebounding to his former self.

I made bets with HF Oilers posters via PM that they wouldn't post for a year if the Oilers miss the playoffs and I wouldn't post for a year if the Oilers made the playoffs. I don't think they know I'm a Flames fan. I really hope I get to rub it in their faces.

I hate the Oilers like you have no idea.

Czarnik to become our Marchessault.

After a long, deep run in the playoffs, getting a new arena deal.
