Flames (no longer) at winsport wk of Aug 27

Looks like the Flames have Joan Snyder arena booked next Mon-Thurs - they show as booked from 12:15-4:15. Not sure if this is off season NHLers (I thought they used to book under NHLPA) or what it is.

Sometimes there’s guys from other teams on the ice with the flames who are in town. I saw beagle, nick Schultz, etc, a few years ago on the ice with them while at winsport

Always enjoy having a been league game right after the Flames are on the ice at winsport...kids mistakenly asking for autographs lol

While I agree with this sentiment, the ice is desperately needed for Hockey Calgary programming for tryouts.

It's actually not as the Flames are a daytime user and Hockey Calgary is at night
