Can't imagine there's gonna be a whole lot left of Baltimore for Amos to go back to given how leveled the prison was. Gotta be a whole lot bigger than being reported. Avasarala's gonna have her hands full.
Drummer's doesn't know Fred Johnson is dead yet does she? Might have missed that. Kinda surprised She's going to accept the meeting with Inaros given how much she hates him and what he stands for. Though it doesn't look like she has much choice since her crew mostly feels differently than she does. Lot more sympathy than I expected for a mass murderer among the Belters.
Like the small touches like the ash started to fall in the prison, opening sequence changes with Earth cities in ruins, and Tycho on fire.
Bikes! Yes the cycling geek in me was totally hoping they would show up in the Amos storyline from the book. Ultimate disaster transportation.

Was watching in the after show interviews with Wes that he was gonna actually gonna show he wasn't "hiding a pistol" for that scene until the director told him not to lol.
I'm surprised to see Filip being played in a more sympathetic light much earlier than in the books. He seems to be getting that his father isn't telling him as much about things especially around the whole Augustine Gamorra incident. Maybe they're doing that cuz you can't really read the character thoughts in a TV show setting.
Will be interesting with their journey to Baltimore, seems like its a bit less disastery so far, I was picturing much more Mad Max/ruins of sky scrapers and scorched earth/fallen trees ala Tunguska event... but that might be a little expensive to show. Coast should be safer than the inner areas based on where they are shouldn't it? I thought the asteroid struck NW of their position and the coast is further east

Watched the first 2 episodes of the new season - bleh - just not into it. I think they are trying to be too cool/slick or something else that is just rubbing me the wrong way. I am not sure if we will return to it...
I'm now all caught up. I'm loving this season much more than the last. The production value seems so much better. You really get the feeling that they are in space and any little could go wrong and kill you.

That was some great acting between Naomi and Filip w/ Marco being a real manipulative bastard. Can't imagine feeling trapped to the point walking away is your only option.
When Filip smacked his mom, I was expecting Marco to reach into his pocket and give his son a stick of evil eyeliner to make his journey to the dark side complete.

I've loved a lot of this show, and haven't really found enough to care about to be critical of it. But that space float was pretty bad. If they wanted it to be somewhat realistic it should have been a lot shorter. She was out for over a minute.
