I think they said Borg and Mac are under contract for one more year so it's gonna be Jack Sock again in Van, but we should almost definitely be getting Carlitos. I dunno how difficult tickets will be to come by but I'm going to sure as hell try.
Team World winning is probably the best thing for the Laver Cup, brings some legitimacy to the event. You know next year Nadal and Djokovic will want revenge and Alcaraz, Sinner and Medvedev should all be on the team as well, to try win it for Europe again, the redeem team. Honestly I'm a huge fan of Laver Cup such a neat idea and the more team events in tennis the better.

lol - I think the Senator was the first to affix that moniker to Stefanos (I just continued to use it because I like it). Some of the gatekeepers on twitter are not happy with Frances, but I would remind them that Tsitsipas called Medvedev a bs Russian and also called all French people "weirdos", so if he's willing to dish it out etc.
this interview's a few days old so not sure if it got posted already, but this is the saddest thing you'll read this week...the total opposite of Roger's celebratory farewell.
“I can’t psychologically accept a life without tennis,” the 34-year-old Argentine said in a recent interview with the media from his homeland. “I did not have a gradual transition to the after, I did not prepare, I have no idea what the other athletes did to live this process peacefully.
“I was No. 3 in the world, then suddenly I broke my knees and here I am, with nothing.”
“I recently went to Switzerland to see another doctor,” del Potro recently told reporters in Argentina. “I started another treatment, it was recommended by many tennis players and so far I have not even had a positive result.
“Imagine what it’s like after every treatment attempt or surgery, the frustration I can feel when things don’t work out. As usual I delude myself, I hope, I have faith in every new treatment I try and, when this fails, the blow is hard."
That's really tough to hear Jack. When you add that on to the fact that Delpo apparently doesn't have much money left due to his father's bad investments, it really gets you concerned for his overall well being.
Bleh, Thiem loses to Cilic in Tel Aviv. Dominic won the opening set in a tie-break but then lost the next two sets 6-2 6-4. He just doesn't have the shot consistency where it needs to be, hopefully he can get it back.
