Yea, I don't buy that rumor at all. Sounds like something that was spread by a bunch of rage filled dorks still upset over the Last Jedi who desperately want the new movie to fail.
Most movies are completed roughly 2-3 months before their release date. If they were re-filming 75% of the movie, they'd certainly have to push the date back by at least a few months. They'd also have to re-edit the movie and re-do the sound, special effects, CGI, etc... That stuff takes time.
Especially when you consider that something like the Last Jedi had I think 2000 VFX shots. It would be impossible to reshoot the movie if it was that bad. They'd delay it.

Yeah, like I said, wasn't sure if it was legit, and haven't seen anywhere else mentioning such things, if it were June, I might be a little worried lol
Yeah after the ridiculous blow up over TLJ I don't much stock in to any rumor or leak that says ROTS will be terrible. I didn't like TLJ much at all but it was still competently produced entertainment. Can you imagine if social media was around when the prequels came out? Yikes.
Was that little Anakin following Luke with the “always...”?
That also didn’t sound like Ian McDiarmid near the beginning voice over when the throne is revealed. More like John Hurt, although not possible.
I believe the "Always" was Leia.
I'm not sure who the opening voice over is. Is it Poe? It doesn't sound like Kylo, but it could be Adam Driver's normal speaking voice -- which could mean he's speaking as Ben Solo.
It sounded like McDiarmid to me.

I'm still not sure of bringing Palpatine back as a living being. I mean how do you survive falling through the vacuum of space and hitting a exploding reactor at terminal velocity.
I've always been a fan of Star Wars ship designs, especially on the Imperial side so I love the return of the Imperial Star Destroyer.
A couple of things.
No sign of Dark Rey in the trailer.
No sign of Hux at all.
I still think that they selected Rey for the role partially because of her facial features.

They showed that you can survive the vacuum of space ala Space Leia.
