Default NY Shuts border crossings from Ontario after vehicle explosion

Developing story, not sure what to make of it at all. Accident? Potentially something sinister?
Edit: First reported that The vehicle was travelling from canada into the USA, but that seems disputed and uncertain.

Video over on Threads, if it was a bomb/explosion there sure seems to be little to no debris thrown around. Tesla caught fire instead?

If I'm not mistaken that seems like the area where cars are pulled in for closer inspection?

This article makes it seem like it all happened on the US side:

Quote:
Traveling down Niagara Street, the car sped onto the bridge plaza, went through a fence separating the inbound lanes from the outbound lanes, and toward the inspection lanes where it exploded, according to law enforcement sources at the scene.
...
Ivan Vitalii, a visitor to the Falls from Ukraine, said he and a friend were at the 7-Eleven convenience store in the 400 block of Niagara Street when they observed a car exit the parking lot and travel toward the bridge. Vitalii said he and his friend moved down to the bridge area where they observed what appeared to be the same car on fire near the entrance to the bridge.

Car bomb... Looks like the guys panicked and exploded themselves when they found out they were going to be inspected.

This witness said it was going from the US to Canada. And it was speeding pretty darn fast.

If it was an intentional explosion, its nice to hear that the only people killed were the ones who were planning on carrying it out. Good riddance.

False Flag by Vivek Ramaswamy to get support for his Canada border wall.

According an interview on CNN it sounds like the vehicle was in the US and headed toward Canada. Quite a different assumption now that is coming to light.

Of course Fox news still covering it as a terrorist attack on the US so they can push the border security narrative.

For clarity, ICEVs are about 100x more likely to catch fire, it's just that EVs are much harder to put out if they catch fire.

I'm sure the Tesla jokes are funny to those who are afraid that the world might change around them, like most of these things even the initial conceit is routed in a lie.

Perhaps it was a Hyundai or Kia which are known to catch fire
