I think there is a good chance. He made it pretty far in camp last year and then followed it up with a decent AHL season.

Definitely. Has great speed IMO. Not just for his size I think… just in general. His speed was also on display in the AHL playoffs last season. Would love to see him gain momentum this season and earn a spot on the flames’ fourth line. A fourth line with Duer and Klapka would have lots of speed, size, and tenacity. Exactly what I would like to see for guys in that role.

The size and speed for Klapka is intriguing.
A 4th line that has size but that can actually skate and create offence would be fun.
