Welp, Mannarino retires, so the tennis gods apparently just weren't going to let that defeat happen I guess.

Yeah, not the way I wanted to see Fed advance.

the grass gods are demanding blood sacrifice today as penance for all the trampling the courts have gotten over the years.

You just hope that isn't the way things end for Serena at SW19.

Watching Kyrgios he has so much potential and he could be a top 5 player. Unfortunately he just doesn't want to train or take it as seriously as say Djokovic or Thiem. Sad to see someone waste their potential.

Case in point right there, he didn't have to hit the tweener, but entertaining the crowd took priority over trying to win the point. That said, at least he's trying and not tanking like Paire.

Nick forces a 5th and deciding set with Humbert. Do they start it now or wait until tomorrow? Looks like we play on.

That's it for today, play suspended at 3-3 in set 5 (Humbert to serve when they resume on Wednesday)

Tournament is just dumb, it's a mess already. Grass is for cows.

It's tough when they've had a pretty wet spring at Wimbledon, but I don't know if they will do anything until the players start demanding changes. Mannarino likely wins today if he doesn't slip and injure himself against Fed. Probably the same case for Serena as well.
