from memory I've got the following:
Bowmore 12, Glenfiddich 18, Glenrothes, Bombay Sapphire Gin for Mrs Puppet, a couple of home-made vodka infusions (vanilla, lavender), a bottle of Costa Rican rum, and a bottle of Screech.

Mostly wine & beer, but over the years I've accumulated various vodkas, rums, gin and liqueurs from having people over. I always try to have a good bottle of Dutch gin, and a really good bottle of Limoncello. I also try to keep a Taliskler Port Ruighe in stock, but that goes rather quickly around my house.

How is that? Was looking at it in the liquor store, but ended up grabbing a Hendricks because it was $10 off. Empress 1908 intrigued me.

Time to rejuvenate this thread with the Pandemic restrictions having stopped our ability to try new libations at various lounges. The cabinet must be re-stocked!
There are some great suggestions here already but looking forward to some more from you.
I have added in the past year:
Legent Bourbon - has a lightly sweet finish. Enjoying it
Basil Hayden 8yr bourbon - love this one. Always recommend to new bourbon ‘sippers’
Michter’s Sour Mash - so good
Eagle Rare bourbon - excellent. Finished this bottle real quick. Hard to find now.
Vine Arts Volstead Project pre-Mix Manhattan. A new batch just has been released
Eau Claire ‘Loved’ pre made Manhattan. So good and unavailable now.
Eau Claire Prickly Pear Equinox Vodka. Excellent for Summer drinks.
Okanagan Spirits Evolve Legacy Gin. Very good. Has a light purple tinge.
Let’s see some more lists.

For the holidays, it's peppermint schnapps and cointreau for mixing in with my hot chocolates and mochas.

Been getting into home bartending the last couple years so I try and keep a bar stocked with enough to make at least few of the classics (martini, negroni, old fashioned, whiskey sour, daiquiri, etc).
Usually contains:
Rye (currently Bulliet)
Rum (currently Appleton but usually a collection of bottles from Plantation)
Gin (currently Sipsmith)
Tequila (currently Casadores)
Curacao (always Pierre Ferrand Dry)
Dry vermouth (currently Dolin)
Sweet vermouth (currently Antiqa Formula)
Campari
Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur (this stuff is a gamechanger)
Angostura bitters
Orange bitters
Grapefruit bitters
Copious amounts of citrus fruits

I've been experimenting with cocktails and also doing my best to support local business by buying from some of the local distilleries.
Really enjoying Eau Clair Distillery's Christmas Gin and Gin Rummy. Got a bottle of Confluence Winter Spice Gin for Christmas so looking forward to trying that too.
Romero Spiced Sugarcane Spirit is really nice in eggnog and other winter drinks (or on its own).

Is this the right thread for drink recipes? That would be a good thread especially in these times.
I would throw two very easy ones in.
Oaked Dark Rum with Annex Root Beer. It tastes like a float.
Coconut Ceroc with a splash of lime and club soda. Super refreshing.
Have others but will share if I am not derailing the Scotch flex.

Haven't drunk much this covid, but also haven't replenished the cupboard at all. Down to :
Lovebird Gin (I'm working on becoming a gin snob)
Saska Vodka (light oak, interesting)
Ole Smokey Moonshine Cherries (goes on everything!)
Churchill White Port (I hate port, but this is unbelievable)
Miel De Tierra Reposado Mezcal (can't get anymore, afraid to open and like it too much)
Sortilege Prestige (maple!)
Original Krupnik (gift, opened it, it's weird)
I've laid off the scotches, so they are upstairs aging gracefully, and I put my best wines away for the year.

Single Malt Stash (they seem to be going up in price every year):
Lagavulin 16 (my favourite Scotch under $100)
Bowmore Vaulted Special Edition purchased at the Bowmore Distillery a few years ago and kept for some special occasion (I just can't seem to talk myself into opening them without one).
Balvenie 12-yr Double Wood (the most agreeable single malt, when I don't feel like smokey-peety)
Balvenie 14-yr Caribbean Cask (bought to try, was on sale at Superstore).
Dalmore 15-yr (was a gift; I haven't tried this one).
Talisker 18-yr.
Patron Anejo and Patron Silver for getting drunk with friends, when there is an occasion to get drunk with friends.
Gibson Finest 12-yr - for guests that don't like Scotch.
Bombay Sapphire Gin and Extra Dry Vermouth for evening martinis
Lots of wine, lots of beer in the fridge...
somethn' like that...

This is a fun thread and a good excuse for me to take a proper inventory
I mentioned in an early thread but I took up cockail making as a Covid hobby so I've been building up my bar. Also I'm been slowly switching over to collecting gin or scotch.
Gin:
Bombay Sapphire
Tanqueray
Tanqueray No. 10
Dillon's dry gin #7
Dillon's unfiltered gin 22
Dillon's Cherry gin
Roku gin
Botanist
Vodka:
Ketel One
Belvedere
Rye and whiskey :
Dillon's Rye
JB's
Crown Royal Northern Harvest
Johnny Black
Glen Breton
Rum :
Havana Club white
Havana Club dark
Tequila :
1800 Silver Tequila
Scotch :
Johnny blie
Aberlour 12
McCallan 12
McCallan whiskey maker edition
Benriach 18
Other liquors:
Hennessey VS
Cointreau
Meagher's Triple sec
Martini extra dry
Dillon's sweet vermouth
Kahlua
Baileys
Misc wines and ciders
Misc:
Bitters
Mixes
Citrus
Syrups
Cocktail tools and equipment
I typically only drink on weekends, but based on my mood I tend to do gin and sodas with a splash of citrus. For the holidays, I've been messing around with simple dessert drinks like homemade egg nogs, white russians, and Mudslides.
For a treat, I'll make myself a gin or whiskey sour, dirty gin martini, or a brandy sidecar.

I've got the same, but didn't wait for a special occasion to open it. Probably 3/4 left.
