Ahh ok, this makes more sense. The fun thing though is that if you have Game Pass, you get the best of both worlds! Play Infinite day one at no extra charge and buy Battlefield 2042 for the multiplayer!
But if you aren't a big FPS player in the first place then neither should really excite you.
I'm not a big FPS player, but when you show me Battlefield 2042 with tanks and helicopters and tons of players and wingsuits and giant tornadoes wrecking the level and spaceships blasting off mid-match all with pretty cutting edge graphics I'm like, damn, that looks like fun.

Halo Infinite looks like more Halo.
Absolutely, the two multiplayer experiences are completely different.
Battlefield looks like more battlefield and Halo looks like more Halo.
You don't log in to Warzone and expect it to be Apex Legends.

I was just watching a video on the time when Blizzard introduced the RealID system and had some thoughts. In theory the RealID is a great concept but without the public seeing your private information, if only the company had this info that was verified in a way like photo ID or something similar it would really hold players more accountable for their actions especially in F2P games like Warzone where cheaters constantly make new accounts when banned. Of course we would have to trust a company with our privacy which is a hard sell these days also.
Of course its a slippery slope that would lead to pushes to have all online presences verified but thats another story. Do you think something like this could help stop cheating in games and what other ideas do you have that might reduce cheating?
Anyone playing Scarlet Nexus? Looks like a good time eater to pick up next.
I want to give it a shot. It looks really good, but I need to finish up Persona 5 Royal and Strikers before I move on - so I'll probably get to it in 2022, haha.
I finally finished Marvel's Avengers main campaign last night. It's not very long, and it does pick up steam towards the end which left me with an overall sense of enjoyment...but just what the hell happened during this game's design and development? The game clearly had a good sized budget, but who the !@#$ thought turning this game into a live service was a good idea?
I decided to revisit the Mass Effect games via the legendary edition. I'm in the middle of the first game and enjoying it more than I thought I would. The combat and controls are pretty dated but the graphics at least look decent and the story still holds up well. Also you need to save the game frequently as it's a little buggy. Looking forward to ME2 which should be more polished.

I've been playing Resident Evil Village lately. Didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I am. Some parts make me roll my eyes, but more for it's typical RE hilariousness. I like it much better than Biohazard.
I think I've hit 40 each wipe I've played (5?) - it's my burnout point.
This is easily my best start to a wipe so far, winning the majority of my gunfights and flying through the tasks.
I really like this patch, no market until level 20 is keeping the playing field more even. And not giving each player a few hundred rounds of BP like they did at new years sure helps too

I only hit level 9 and with EOD my stash is full, I was able to cheese a Lucky Scav box by taking money from my second account (friends account that quit) and that has helped a bunch but the good players are 20 already now and trading amongst themselves so if you see one of them in the wild now you don't have much of a chance. That said the majority still seem to be under 20 for now so its not too bad but 20 is a long way away for me.
