I will accept nothing! I do like that they are trying all sorts of different angles, and not rushing in to anything.

I thought the other former host they had a couple weeks ago was pretty solid too (Woody?).
My main concern is always can they keep the game moving. Nothing worse than not getting to all the questions. And there's been a couple of hosts where it's REALLY dragged at times.

I think he's struggling a little with the flow. They've not gotten to all the questions a few rounds. And he was doing the weird "TIME!" thing first night.

Blossom is still my first pick.

No way.

Never thought I'd say it but Rodgers.

I wanted Burton, and he may change my mind and grow into it, but Rodgers is my front-runner at the moment.

Now...get Hank Azaria to try his hand at it....

Rodgers would be my first pick too if that was an option.

And yes Hank Azaria would be great.

I think I liked Mike Richards? Not sure if that was his name.

I'd say Richards and Buzzy were my two favorites so far.

In full Brockmire character.

He could probably read each answer as a different character. That man is a Gem!

I wish Phil Hartman was still alive.
I'd love him as host.

I can't believe it's been almost 25 years since he was murdered

Hank Azaria doing jeopardy in various voices is actually one of the best ideas I've ever heard. But he'd have to take it seriously. No attempts at comedic tangents. Just Moe or Apu or Brockmire etc doing their best jeopardy host.

I'm all in for this. What a way to drag in a new audience.

Richards or Jennings would be my pick for permanent host.

Also Matt Amodio has been killing it. I haven't watched todays episode yet, so maybe I jinxed him.

I like his strategy. It's a more conservative James strategy.
Run up early in the first round.
Find the daily double
Bet it all.
Crush the spirits of the other contestants by making them feel out of it early

Seek the daily doubles in double jeopardy but just to block them out of a comeback. Bet more conservatively.

He's one of those contestants with a really wide range of knowledge. There are few categories he doesn't do well on.

Could go on quite a run.

And he bet $17k when up by $25k, and the game out of reach, the other day on the Shakespeare final. I love to see that.
