Default Informative Fitness Websites

My boy is 14 and really looking to increase his knowledge of fitness and exercise.

As we all know the interwebs is full of stuff, good and bad.

I am looking for some good introductory websites from reputable sources that he can start to access to educate himself.

Thank you for your time.

PictureFit is a youtube channel that answers most fitness-related questions.
The guy is clearly a nerd who does his research, and he doesn't really try to sell anything.

Since your son is 14, these videos might be a good starting point.

Livestrong, Bodybuilding.com, and MensHealth also have tons of articles.
But Livestrong is sometimes more focused on the cardio/general health side of things. Bodybuilding.com is known for pushing certain supplements. MensHealth is pretty good, but it can be difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.

Starting Strength. Strength training focused, feels a little old school, but it's good.

Athlean-X is also good. I don't really like the guy's style, but he has a lot of good information on proper form which is a pretty important habit to develop early.

Lots of good info on Youtube.
Athlene X is a good one to start with.

Is he getting into weight lifting? or anything specific with fitness?
That's a bit broad and might be able to recommend better resources depending on what he's looking for.

I am always enjoy Tony Gentilcore, Eric Cressey and Brett Bartholomew's post lots of great free stuff. Podcast wise, the Fitcast, Strengthcoach.com, Bodyofknowledge and Joe defranco all have great podcast plus any interview with Dan John is always great.
