That Jurassic Park trailer is terrible, that movie looks like it's going to be an absolute mess

Not really sure I get the plot. The US senate is so concerned with saving ultra dangerous animals - created in a lab experiment and about to killed by nature - that they are considering bringing them to the mainland? It's pretty absurd for the government to even debate that. Also where do they plan on putting the dinosaurs, that won't decimate an already existing ecosystem? Also the dinosaurs may have learned to swim?

I was so excited for that trailer... one of the worst I've seen.

Unfortunately there are only so many stories you can write about dinosaurs that involve them getting loose and attacking people.

Park, researchers/evil park people, rescue mission of accidental landing on island.

That's all 4 movies. And is there really another not-stupid plot anyone can think of? Because clearly no one involved in this franchise could think of one.

Maybe they could have continued the atrocious evil military use of dinosaurs from the first movie but honestly an exploding volcano and some hilarious excuse to save the dinos is probably better than the military version.

That trailer was absolute trash.

I fully expect them to go full Michael Bay Transformers at some point and discover that a secret dinosaur park has existed since the 1600's and man rode T-Rex's to battle. And thus began the era of Raptor Jesus.

It may just be the way the trailer is cut, but this almost looks like a B movie, like Shark Tornado. Based on the trailer, they could rename this one Dinosaur Volcano.

Ok, I would totally watch that movie.

Especially if it had Patrick Stewart as the villain.

Yeah that looks awful. They are rehashing so much from the original movie (lines and shots). Yawn. At least try to come up with something original.

I get that it's rehashing old themes and upping the ante but what else are they going to do. As Cecil said, there's not much to work with. Unless the dinosaurs are on mainland or they send people back in time to when dinosaurs were alive, we're limited to visiting the same island over and over again.

This time they're throwing in a volcano.

Anyone have a better plot they'd like to see that isn't Land of the Lost?

Is there any doubt, after watching the trailer, that they're bringing dinosaurs to the mainland?

Or...

It could be terrible like Jurassic World.
