The Blues had a 3-0 lead after twenty minutes. The Knights have slowly come back and just tied it early in the third period, 3-3 now.

Turning into an awful day on the OOT scoreboard.

Expecting a Canucks win now. Bleh.

St. Louis ties it.

Man, what a year Perron is having. He would fit like a glove on this team flanking Gaudreau and Monahan.

Yup. Flames better find a way to string some wins together over these next several games. They'll never gain any ground if they remain stuck in this win one/lose one pattern.

The other matinees all had five goals scored in each game. Three games had a final score of 3-2. Staal scored the winning goal in overtime for the Wild to beat the Jets.

Bobrovsky let in 3 goals on 7 shots today? That contract is going to be an absolute albatross.

It is nineties night in Vancouver as the fans relive 1994. The score is 1-1 in the third period.

The Predators lead 2-1 after forty minutes.

Tyler Myers scores on a quick shot with 89 seconds left in regulation time, 2-1 Canucks.

Of course.

NYR has absolutely rolled the Canucks in the third while Markstrom holds them in it. Vancouver scores with 89 seconds left in the game.

Worst possible out of town scoreboard today for the flames. All five games with teams around CGY in the standings went the wrong way.

Sucks for sure but sometimes those nights happen.

If the Canucks aren't getting the other team's goalie to gift them the game they're getting their goalie to steal it for them.

Or, in this case, both. Although I understand Georgiev missing that one, he was partially screened and it was a weird off-speed shot that came from about 2 feet left of where it normally would have. Total luck for Myers, which based on that and his game vs the Flames is the only way he can score apparently.

I have Canucks season tix, so I see them much more than any other team... but I honestly feel Markstrom is the best G in the league, right now. The Canucks got manhandled AGAIN tonight, and yet win number 7 in a row... he’s been amazing.

To me, the Canucks are a perhaps a bottom 5 team, with a Top 3 (or better) goalie. It just might get them into the playoffs. If so, Markstrom should get solid consideration for the Hart, though I don’t think he will.
