Default December 29 with nine games.

It's a busy Sunday OOT with the SC champs starting the day and the Flames game being the 2nd half of the Hometown doubleheader to end the evening.

I really like Darren Pang (does color for blues broadcasts) just seems like such a kind and sincere man. Knows the game and has something positive to say about everyone.

Weird game in Columbus and a tough break for the Jackets. Leading 2-0 in the third, Chicago gets one to cut the lead to half and then the Hawks get a number of PPs late and end up bringing the game to OT. Game goes to a shootout and in the process of stopping one of the shooters, Korpisalo tweaks something in his right leg and is forced to leave the shootout. Chicago ends up winning 3-2!

2 goals in 35 seconds. That's pretty impressive. Anyone know what the fastest the same player has ever scored 2 goals is?

I don't, but I do know that Chicago's Bill Mosienko once scored a hat trick in 21 seconds.

Welp, I reckon he'll be a little lighter in the pocket soon.

Good on him, though.

How did 1.2 seconds not being put back on the clock cost them the game? Anyone watch it

The Panthers are mauling the Habs 6-3.
The cats were losing 3-2. Price has let all six goals in.

they scored a third goal about 3/10th of a second after the time ran out and were forced to overtime and shootout. He has a legit beef

Chicago took a penalty with 19.2 sec left in OT but the clock was allowed to run to 18.1. Refs refused to put the time back on the clock.
CBJ scored 0.2 after the final whistle to win, but it was deemed "late". Instead when to shootout during which they lost their goalie due to injury. The cold back up lost the shootout too.

Wow, if that’s the case the league should really overturn the result of the game. Brutal.

Torts is saying what we're all thinking about the officials and the league this season. It's been bush league on the whole, and no one is held accountable so it just goes on.

What a hero for telling it like it is.

Do they place a ridiculously oversized coffee cup on the podium with Torts so it will show up better on camera, or do they actually sell a cup of coffee that big at Nationwide Arena?

Or is Torts just that small?
