That’s kind of what I was thinking. Maybe for personal reasons Darryl can’t commit full time but if things go south with Eakins he can step in at some point at a later date. I’m not an Eakins fan but this isn’t an ideal situation for him if he can’t get the team to buy in and at least play a better possession game compared to Carlyle. On the positive side Darryl’s guidance could be exactly what he needs to turn the corner after a disastrous first stint in Edmonton.
