I lived in Evergreen for 3 years before moving to Evergreen Estates. The thing I disliked most about Evergreen is the cookie cutter houses. It's like the builders only had 3 styles for homes. Whatever house you have, you're guaranteed to see a few dozen more of the exact style just driving around the neighborhood.
