Let’s leave the intelligence of both out of the equation, it’s really irrelevant.
Hitler and Trump are demagogues. They tap into the worst in people. And their ability to do that is genius-level.
It doesn’t matter if Trump couldn’t square root 49 if you gave him half an hour and a calculator.
If he’s that stupid, beat him.

Part of me can see Trump being vindictive enough to pull ACB's nomination if it's determined that she's the reason he got COVID.

I hope all these republican are enjoying the benefit of their taxpayer funded heath insurance that allows them to get treatment without costing them a dime. It would be nice if they would consider giving their constituents similar benefits.

Biden should be pushing it as a message as Trump recovers
All Americans should be able to access the same level of care as our president and senators.
Now you can’t do that especially with the experimental drug stuff but in principle close to the same level of care is required.

There's a debate in South Carolina tonight between Lindsay Graham and Jaime Harrison. Harrison brought his own plexiglass shield to stand behind.

Because it’s 2020, this #### could work, but I’ll stick with my initial response of “no”.

Wow so he's got stock in a company that is going to miraculously cure him of a disease that he doesn't even have? He's playing this whole presidency for his own and his families personal gain. Amazing. The whole lot belongs in prison. Drain the swamp, Democrats.

Regeneron is a $500 stock. Trump's contributed publicity wont amount to anything. If the treatment works and gets approved there will be some gains for sure.
Not that I'd trust his tax returns but his 2017-2020 returns do not show he still owns Gilead or Regeneron.
Quote:
Trump’s subsequent disclosure forms, including#his 2020 form#signed July 31, did not list Regeneron or Gilead.

Oh it will get approved, have no doubt about that, if it works well that would be a bonus

More like "Scapegoat X told me that it wasn't serious and I trusted them, but I now know I was wrong".
I guess what I'm thinking is that a Trump that ignored Covid early and continues to ignore is objectively worse than a Trump that ignored Covid early but starts doing the right things.
I definitely not saying it won't hurt him, it's quite possible that it will. Voters tend to dislike flip-floppers, even if they flip from the worse position to the better. And it's not even a given that he will improve. However, if you're the Democratic party and you see him on a path to an election loss, it's better that nothing occur that might bump him off of it.
If this derails the ABC nomination though, that would be a huge win.
