Reinhart has a shot but it's blocked.

Culkin and Acolaste with huge shots from the point, but they are deflected.

Flames getting lots of shots on goal, but the Stars are getting in the way of them.

PowerPlay over.

Poirier had a chance late and Acolaste with another shot, but both had Stars get in the way of them.

This crowd looks Abbotsford-esque.

I'm not bitter.

Why did we let Justin Dowling go? We're stupid.

Flames kill off the PP. Wasn't that impressive. Ortio made a good save and that was probably the highlight.

Probably he was a Centre with the Heat the same time we had Kolanos, Walter, Nemisz, Byron, Horak, Reinhart, Backlund. Too many centres. If we was a winger, probably a different story.

Huska Interview:

3 Game Skid - The last game he doesn't think we played poorly at all. Lapses in coverage coming back, but we carried the bulk of the play. The process was right, so they will see positive results. Felt they should have gotten points out of the game based on the plays.

Coaching in the AHL from Juniors - Lots to learn. It's similar but you have adjustments to make. You still have your beliefs how you want the game to play, players want to play, it's still played on ice. It's still pretty much the same game.

Playing full 60 minutes - They have lapses some nights, but working on it. The successful teams don't take foot off the gas, they need to learn that. Thinks they are doing a good job of working on that and getting to that process of play.

Facing Travis Morin - Need to take away his time and space where he can make you pay, but they can't make stupid mistakes in trying to stop him. Need to play him smartly and be aware, but be aware for the rest of the ice too.

Lindback - Make him work for his first game in the AHL. They laughed earlier about getting in his eyes because he's so big, but they want to make life difficult for him. Pucks on net, bodies in front, try to make him work.

David Wolf - When he comes back, he will continue to be used alot. He proved alot when the callups happened and competing hard. His game is improving and his personality on the ice is contagious.

Poirier/Knight/Hanowski Line - All have good speed and line ability. if they play together well, they will be a hard line to beat. (Huska didn't sound very confident about this line when asked about them)

He has some hands and knows where to be for sure. I think the biggest knock on him was always his height (which is weird because both his mom and sis are taller than him). You won't find a more dedicated kid. I met him when he was 12-13ish (?). He was already working on strength/conditioning with crazy intense dryland (often on his own). He has unreal desire.

For all you regular ADK watches, how does he look to upgrade his PTO?

MARK CUNDARI

2-1 Flames

That's Cundari's first goal of the season.

Edit: Assists to Potter and Setoguchi

Hanowski follows up with almost getting a goal of his own. Had a great chance there.
