Wolf having a great PP. Creating lots of chances and he's trying to make room in front of the net for shots.

Gillies gets called for goaltender interference.

For once, I'm going to defend the guy. I don't think he was all that guilty of it. He was pushed into the goal. Guys interfering with goalies don't usually end up with their face against the goal net.

That could've easily been a hooking call on the other guy as he spun him right into the goalie.

Hano with a 2 on 1 chance on the PK.

Ortio making great saves.

Flames are looking better on this PK then the Crunch were on the PP.

Ortio's shutout streak ends just short of the 143 minute mark

:02 left on the clock for that Vause goal.

Also it's his first AHL goal and 3rd point in 2 games.

Q&A for Announcers:

Who is the best forward player this year: Corban Knight. Says he's the guy you could put out in any situation. He's the go to guy, making everyone look better.

Who is the best defenceman: Potter. Potter has experience. Not a flashy guy but he shutdowns the best forwards for the opposing team. He's a plus 4 playing against the best forwards from all the other teams. Potter does everything quietly.

Who is the biggest surprise: Stevenson. Another guy like Potter that you won't see on the scoresheet, but will be in the lineup consistently playing against top players for opposing players.

Agostino - he came from college and is playing the "big guys" game very well. Has played to the level and style of any line he has put on. His ability to get away from checks and accelerate quickly, you can tell he came from a league where he used that. Having a good start to his professional career.

What does Gillies bring to team: He brings more off ice then on ice. Won't get points but he helps the young guys out. He brings everyone up in practice. Makes sure guys working hard in the gym. Very vocal leader, you can hear him during practice from anywhere in the building. Young kids are listening to him.

Ortio getting more traffic and shots now. Crunch are the better team so far this period.

10 minutes to go in the 3rd period. Flames need to start controlling this period.

Wolf and Tousignant get it into the Crunch zone with a beautiful passing play but the puck just sat in the crease. Wolf almost got a 2nd.

They did manage to draw a penalty from the play and will go to the PP.
