Ortio is starting to look like he needs to be put out to pasture and someone else brought in.

Am I the only one who finds it odd calling these guys the Flames? I liked the Heat better.

I hate it. It's not as easy to differentiate which Flames team you're talking about. Lack of creativity on the organization's part.

Yea, it messes me up when I'm trying to discern between NHL Flames and AHL Flames.
I say we rename them the "Scorchy's" and solve that problem.

Amerks get called for high sticking.
We have 4 on 4 hockey.
Amerks player is losing his mind. Throwing his stick and screaming.

Adam now screaming at the officials AFTER the game. He might be looking at some AHL punishment here. This is starting to cross a line.

Boy, this team is starting to look much better. They should be getting at least a couple of guys back from the big club too.
Irritated that Poirier's second got waved off.

Poirier sounds like he's ripping it up in Addy. Good to see Arnold get a couple as well.
What feed are you guys using to watch these games?

Kudos to Huska and the team on this turnaround. Not the easiest of circumstances either with the call ups. I'm very excited for Poirier to keep producing.
Oh yeah, Arnold was known nd of a forgotten man for me, but he seems to be figuring it out. Exciting time to be a Flames fan!

I give Poirier another week or two maybe in the AHL to finish conditioning from his shoulder surgery and then the kid goes to the NHL and probably doesn't come back for awhile.
He is that good.

Awesome. He's one of the prospects I'm most excited about.
I gather based on your review and his point totals that he isn't favoring his shoulder and is back to playing his game?

I hope you're right. If he kicks the door down they have to let him in right? It's not like we have cap issues.
