I think thats the Johnny. I got dared to try the hottest wing and the waitress said they have one with ghost pepper sauce and I'm pretty sure that was that one.

Dude....I need to have these wings. The closest thing we have in Vancouver is "Wings" restaurant. The quality has gone down there. Although they do claim to have the hottest wings in Canada. The "Bobby Wing". A lot of pretty hilarious youtube videos of people trying to eat them. I've tried them myself and they are ridiculously hot. The first time, I was drinking beer with them. I drank so much beer to numb the taste and wash away the heat, than when I stood up I realized I was totally hammered. Apparently I'd dranken 2 pitchers in about an hour without realizing it.

Sour cream or milk is the best to kill the burning. Beer and water are useless when it comes to that.

I liked Buffalo Wild Wings. Really nice inside with lots of big screens. I did their hot wing challenge and scarfed down 10 wings in 1:36. The restaurant record is 1:04.
They weren't too hot either. I still think the Unicorn has the hottest wings in town if you ever try the "Level 3s". I had an out of body experience trying those bad boys.

Apparently oil (ex olive oil) is the best. The heat is oil based, so you need oil to get rid of it.

Possibly, but it would also give you a really shiny coat of fur!

Before Food TV was big, I saw a Burt Wolf TV piece on PBS where he claimed that bread is the best for killing the burn issue.
I was once at a restaurant where I thought the red pieces in the dish were pieces of tomato only to discover they were pieces of hot peppers. I would have been in serious trouble if I did not happen to have some bread near by.

Mythbusters did an episode on hot pepper cures, they concluded that whole fat milk was best but it might depend on the person?

Basically you want some sort of fat (which dairy is good for) for the capsaicin molecules (oil) to bind to. Whole milk, cheese, yogurt, sour cream are all good for this. Water doesn't work very well because clearly water and oil don't mix.

There's a Wild Wing in Royal Oak near the Wal Mart. 101 flavors is a bit much tbh, and many flavors are awesome, but in small doses only. The sample plate (4 flavors, 5 wings of each) is awesome for this, but expensive.
I'm a total pansy when it comes to hot wings. Even mild makes me break out in a sweat, although I did complete the Hudsons "Really Really Hot Wing" Challenge. My wife, however, is a hot wing fanatic. I don't think she's tried a Ghost Pepper wing, but says The Last Straw, in Tuscany, are the hottest wings she has ever tasted.

They are building one of these near Sunridge Mall, where the Smitty's used to be. FYI.
