Going off a walkthrough, it appears you are about 25% of the way through. Seeing as the later missions are longer, the 20% you're seeing is likely accurate.

In so many words, since "Grand Theft Auto V" is protected as a creative work, its fictional depiction of people — even partially based in reality — is considered free speech.

Yeah it's an unstoppable force. My only issue with that as someone who's not much of an MP guy is I don't foresee a single player DLC coming anytime soon - if ever. Why would they, with the amount they make from GTA Online?

Yeah, I haven't touched the game since I finished it because of this. I don't have PS+ anymore so I can't even try to get into the MP mode which I only tried a few times.
