Ya he definitely is, The Last Stand was painful to watch but comedic at the same time. It is almost as though he knows he has gotten worse so he just doesn't even try anymore.
What a beauty though, I can't get enough of these 80's/90's action heroes, where Kurt Russell at??? Tango and Cash 2!

I dunno about this one, I love both historical and mythological epics, but it's really hard to see Jon Snow as a gladiator type of badass. Robb... maybe, but not Jon Snow.
Oh no it's directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, this movie will most certainly suck. Just another nail in the coffin for this genre.

Jon Snow, second favourite character in the books, least favourite in the show.
The reason? Kipp whatever his name is, horrible, horrible actor.

^ ^ It feels like they remake that movie ever 6 months.
How is that possible when this is the first remake since the original?
They had a really bad sequel about 15 years ago but this new one is same story, same characters as original. I can't think of another remake.
I'm looking forward to this. The original to me doesn't hold up well anymore. The performances are pretty bad, go back and watch it. Very awkward stuff. The story is great and given a new look, I have no issue with this one being remade for a new generation. Hell, I'm sure there will be teenagers in the theatre who have no idea this is a remake.

One week after "12 Years A Slave" debuted at the Telluride Film Festival to rave reviews, Steve McQueen's film won even greater acclaim after its official premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday night.
"I am composed enough to say '12 Years A Slave' is the best, most emotionally powerful movie I have seen in a decade, at least," BuzzFeed senior film reporter Adam B. Vary wrote on Twitter in the first of two tweets about the film. "I would be afraid about overselling '12 Years a Slave,' but if you love cinema and storytelling and are human, you will understand." Vary elaborated on those thoughts in a piece for BuzzFeed called "'12 Years A Slave' Is The Must-See Movie Of The Year, And Should Win All The Oscars."
He wasn't alone in effusive praise for the film: "Suspend the betting, close the books, and notify the engraver: I've just seen what will surely be this year's Best Picture winner, and it's '12 Years a Slave,'" Vulture movies editor Kyle Buchanan wrote in his "12 Years A Slave" piece, titled "Toronto: Your Best Picture Winner Will Be '12 Years A Slave.'" "I'd put my money on a historic Best Director win for Steve McQueen, and I'd mark Chiwetel Ejiofor as the frontrunner for Best Actor
12 Years a Slave and Gravity have been on my radar for a long time now and I'm beyond excited to see both. Glad both are getting amazing reviews.
