They just moved it to Cali. The California State Athletic Board was more willing to accept that it was probably left over "hot" from the last time he got busted.

hahahahaha. And they're just conveniently forgetting all those negative tests he had after his last bust to now.

Also saw a tweet that the ufc knew about this since December 6th. It makes sense that they cancelled 233 in Anaheim couple weeks ago and moved 232 to LA, they planned this all along.

I heard people with Vegas tickets will get a refund, but nothing said about hotel and travel costs.

They aren't actually ignoring the previous negative tests at all but their reasoning of the turinabol metabolites "pulsing" in ones body seems dubious. I'm looking forward to hearing more from qualified medical professionals about the likelihood of this occurring. I certainly have never heard of a similar case in the MMA world before.

Apparently the amount he tested positive for is marginal above 0. I agree with giving him the benefit of the doubt.

The performance gains from many PEDs last well beyond when all the metabolites are cleared from the system.

Even marginal above 0 is sketch for these metabolites. I still don't understand how Nick Diaz can get a massive suspension for smoking weed and yet Jones gets an entire event moved to a different state with a more lax policy to facilitate his cheating.

Money talks in UFC. Boxing and MMA are in the same bed together - run by a lot of sleazy people.

When UFC was sold for that absurd price, you know that they'd try and milk every cent possible. White is simply the company man looking out for his own pocket in this. Time and time again you see how the UFC is with their double standards. McGregor in possibly every other sport would've been banned for life for the unprovoked assault that took place on camera. Instead, they say his time was served in giving up a fight or two that was taking place during the criminal investigation. Then they use the footage to hype the fight! Way to set a proper example that that wouldn't be tolerated. Back in the boxing hayday boxing promoters were individuals taking home the coin. These guys are just as bad and they come in the form of a conglomerate.

They need a return on their investment and this is what we're seeing. If there's a way to get money in their pocket they'll do it.

Wow just a dumb strategy by Cyborg's corner. They totally under estimated Nunes punching power and that's a fighter that punches like a heavy weight.

Nunes has to be considered the GOAT now. Wonder if there's an appetite from Cyborg's corner for a rematch.

I'm totally with you. They must have believed that they would win a game of face punch.

They were very wrong.

It just seems that everyone underestimates Nunes.

Tate did, Rousey's coaches certainly did. Cyborg's coaches did.

I believe that Nunes should have lost that fight against Shevchenko in Edmonton.

At the end of the day Nunes is a natural power puncher, I've seen guys like that who's every punch from a jab to an undercut to an over hand has power behind it.

I mean Cyborg is no slouch in the power department, but you could see it on Nunes face right from the start that she knew she was going to land punches.

Nunes is amazing, good lord. My mouth was open the whole time.

She deserved way more recognition before this fight, and now she's the GOAT for sure. Cyborg was pretty classy too, looked happy that she found someone who beat her. I'd like to see a rematch for sure.

Nunes just isn’t a puncher tho, she’s a beast on the ground she just never has to use that part of her game anymore. All around beast. Women’s Goat without a doubt and she beat Schevchenko, while not in dominant fashion she did outscore her, twice. Her resume over the past 3 years is incredible.

Did not see Dillashaw losing that fight at all, shocking. I don’t think the stoppage was bad, but I wouldn’t have minded seeing the ref give Dillashaw a little more time.

Would like to see them run it again at 135. I think Flyweight would’ve been shut down if Cejudo lost, so good for him and the Flyweights.

Was awesome to see Cowboy Cerrone beat up Hernandez. And McGregor on Twitter said he is down to fight Cowboy.

UFC should be pretty happy having that as the first show for ESPN. Only black Mark was the Greg Hardy fight.

I've seen a few rumours swirling out there that McGregor turned himself in in December in connection with a sexual assault charge.
