Even during their 3 game winning streak, they looked like hot garbage. They do very little to help their goalie or defensive corp as it stands.
Its shocking that they've fluked their way to a above .500 record.
But unless Holland makes a significant trade because he has little that other teams want except for the wonder twins (Activate), I don't think they make the playoffs.

their little win streak required 2 late game comeback propelled by massive good fortune
they were headed for regulation losses in those games if it weren't for some great bounces in their favor . could easily be 2 games under .500 instead of over it
hanging on to a mediocre record by luck
Flames are snake bitten while generating a high volume of shots most games and have a top goalie underperforming .. at least you can glean positives from that going forward as something could turn a corner
Oilers have poor defence and depth which checks out with the roster they are icing and are hanging on by mcdrais game breaking ability and nothing else
