This one scares me because outside of McDavid bouncing pucks off his arse he's been a pretty meh player, and I could see his contract being another Brouwer situation pretty easily.

With the other signings, I don't think he's needed here. He's a bottom 6 forward IMO and he's not the answer for the top 6
If it's cheap I'm okay with it, depth doesn't hurt. He seems like a great guy from interviews

I can understand trying to make our team better. If he stays on the bottom two lines i am fine with this. If his deal is less than 3.5 and 3 years i am also okay.
If its more ill be pissed. Glad Tre wants to send a message though.

Would be happy with Maroon.
Generally against adding players like him (slow), but Maroon is an excellent possession player and always has great scoring chance rates.
