That was one of Curtis Lazar's better games all year. I really liked him today.

Gaudreau and Monahan yes, Brodie not so much.

Flames were not the better team... Bruins had so many grade A scoring chances I lost count. Rittich is the only reason they had a chance to win

Lazar was probably the only guy other than Rittich who actually put in a full 60 minute effort today. He was flying out there right from puck drop, throwing hits, and making things happen every time he stepped on the ice. Great game from him.

Did we play the same BOS team that lost to VAN 6-1 on Saturday?

Boston is damn fast team. We’re not. Guys like Marchand, Bergeron, Pastrnak, Debrusk, Spooner and etc all have breakaway speed. Who do we have, Gaudreau and...? Does anyone else on our team get breakaways on a consistent basis? Not a chance. If only we kept Paul Byron...

Flames did have better offensive zone time in the third but did not generate much in the way of decent scoring chances.

I disagree, I feel Tkachuk played good. I thought Hamonic played very good too.
Edit: I agree Lazar has jump and was good.

If this team wants to go to playoffs they needs play much better than this. This is the time to make the next step and get points. But they just play ok and I dont see any improvement.

I liked Kilmchuk's effort and skill tonight, but man he's a little smaller than I thought. He gets pushed around and knocked to the ice pretty easily.

A lot of negativity here considering we played a very good team at the top of their game. I like the way the Bruins are built and I believe we are built in a similar way...we just have a bit younger of a core.
Glad we got a point out of this one and one less high quality game for us left this season.

When did we start accepting corsi as legitimate evidence to prove a point. nfotiu% showed us down 83/17 on dangerous odd man rushes and breakaways. And there is just as much evidence to show that stat is as valid as corsi in being a causal statistic in determining likelihood of winning a hockey game.

Klimchuk learned I’m sure to tighten his chin strap as he had a few instances where he had to rearrange the brain bucket

Early on, sure. However, I guess we’ll flip the argument and say Rask was the only reason Boston was able to get a point, let alone two after the first.

I did not like them apples.
You can Brodie or you can have this coaching staff. You can't have both.
Trade Brodie for some help up front.
