This team has needed a RW top 6 player for 4 years now, Treliving better be working on something because right now he has a bunch of Dmen and not enough scoring.

Sure the Bruins got smashed in Vancouver the other night, but i just am not carrying high expectations for todays game. the Bruins are a team built to control a team like the Flames. Flames really need to tighten up their skate laces to keep pace today.

Monahan would look like a much better defensive player if he wasn't carrying around two defensive anchors every shift.

I watch him make plays in all three zones that often just end up nowhere because he's got no one around him to help out.

He'd be a 40 or 50 goal scorer if he had a guy to help carry the defensive load out there.

Boston is just a better team. Their players are better. No shame in losing to the bruins and I don't think we should be disappointed with the boys if they do.

Its less of the flames "not getting it together" and more of the bruins stopping us from doing so. Can't fault the boys. They're trying but they just aren't good enough
