It's remarkable how fast the Bruins went from being a tire fire with a GM making stupid decisions and an aging core to being an absolute powerhouse of a team that's tearing up the league. That's one heck of a rebuild on the fly. I guess the Oilers way of scorching the earth for over a decade is not really needed after all.

Pretty accurate write up. It's overtly obtuse to act like this is simply a situation where the boys will work themselves out of it. Are Gulutzan and Co. sandbagging themselves?

Surely coaches that have been around as long as these guys would recognize wholesale changes need to be made to salvage this tire fire of a PP before it costs the team a playoff spot.
