If we were ever going to Forever A Flame an active player, Matthew Tkachuk should be the first one

Good thing we’ve got all that goalie depth right? Rittich and Gillies time. Great comeback win, dampened right at the end there. Hopefully nothing.

Hope Smith is ok but not concerned with Rittich being the starter.

Flames are 7-1-1 in their last 9 road games.

If Smith is injured you got no one to blame but Frolik!! god damn man. hit the open net. He has been pretty bad since he has returned from his injury. Should have went to the AHL for some ice time first.

Best game in some time for Jankowski and Bennett. No passengers tonight.

...Smith’s injury is going to be scary to deal with. Big test for Rittich.

Ooo that did not look good
Hopefully not a torn groin but judging by how quickly he goes down and the pain level it could be

Smith wouldn't be injured if Frolik could hit an empty net. God damn

Good thing we have Rittich playing so well if Smith has to miss any time. Really unfortunate that had to happen with time expiring, after Frolik missed the EN.

Great win though.

Tkatchuk was unreal.

Bennett had his best game in over a month.

Giordano quietly was quite dominant in my opinion too.

Hope smith's issue is a minor one....

Why couldn't Frolik just bury the empty netter... It would suck if Smith goes down, and that didn't look great. I'm confident in Rittich doing the job though. Great win boys!

Made a good pass to set up the tying goal but he has had his ups and downs since returning for sure.

Smith with a pulled groin is not a good end to the game. I've pulled mine before and when it's instant pain like that you know it's bad. He probably heard a loud pop too.

Been there Smitty, it hurts and I hope it's not too serious.

Good thing we didn't trade Gillies yet

I sort of agree, but would that have been a drop pass? Safer play going for the goal probably.
