What is it with Stephens? She can still make world-class shots when she's in position but it's like she doesn't try to get in position. Is she just totally disillusioned with tennis? Or is it an injury?

She got engaged? I dont know. I watched her the last 6 months, since Rogers Cup and she does not move her feet.

A player has retired due to a coughing fit from the smoke. Crazy in Melbourne pools are closed, construction work has stopped, the horse races have stopped, and pets need to stay indoors but the tennis goes on.

Heck of a match between Shapo and Vasek - Shapo wom 6-4 7-6, but the quality of tennis was top notch.
