My Orzly arrived yesterday.

I ordered in on March 16.

Amazon usually does free returns. Perhaps check with a customer service agent (their online chat is actually really good) to make sure first.

Mine still says April 18th delivery estimate, but it arrived the other day. I'd guess that it is getting close. Might even be in the country now.

I already contacted Orzly Canada about this. See what they do...If they knew they were coming to their Canadian store, why not wait until they arrived before dispatching from the UK? Pretty shoddy if you ask me.

Well I am in Victoria. Maybe the UK plays favorites to wanna be British locations.

I was about to blow 14 bucks on that Spigen set yesterday then the other product showed up at my door.

Looks like it is available for 1 day shipping, and is $2 cheaper. What pisses me off is when you order something like this it says it is sold from Orzly Canada Storefront but ends up shipping form the UK.

No bending, but I did discover a different issue. I have an HDMI switch, and when I leave the Switch docked and in sleep mode, it periodically pings, causing the HDMI switch to temporarily swap to that port, and away from the PS4 game I'm playing. Discovered that when fighting a boss in HZD. Oy.

Huh, interesting. I also have an auto HDMI switch, and I only had the opportunity for this to happen once, but I was watching Amazon Prime on my Wii U and a couple times in the hour it switched over. Very annoying. I wonder if there is a way around this?

I have the same issue, its pretty common. Lucky for me my TV doesn't auto switch to the input it's connected too. so it pops up and goes away several times a night.

I am sorry you are still waiting for this order.

However we are not actually located in Canada. I think the misunderstanding has come from our store name which does occasionally cause people to assume we are based in Canada which of course then is confusing as to why it takes a month for local post. However we are based in the UK and the reason we use Canada in our store name is that Amazon does not permit us to use the same store name in all regions so we have to differentiate it somehow and we have done this by using country names at the end so Orzly Canada or Orzly Japan etc. However the location details are still all displayed on Amazon as are the delivery windows, so if you ordered today, you would see this info below which would also have been confirmed in the order confirmation email as shipping from UK which Amazon always makes clear:

Arrives between April 21 - May 8.
Ships from United Kingdom. Learn more about import fees and international shipping time.

That being said, usually most items to Canada are delivered within 2 weeks so it should have arrived by now and is a bit worrying that it has not, especially as I've checked and nothing has been returned to us undelivered.

I am hoping its just been delayed and arrives with you in the next couple of days. Would you mind giving it till the end of the week and if its still not arrived, then I am happy for you to order from prime and I will cancel this order. If it does arrive then I will refund the price difference.

I hope this goes some way to resolving things for you.

I'll just keep waiting, as I am away next week anyway.
