O’Dell ran over a Finnish player who then collided with Scrivens. He skated around for a bit, stayed in for one whistle and made one save before leaving for the bench.

Team Canada and the Fins remain scoreless after 2. Solid period for the Canadians, but a bit of a sleeper overall.

Poulin has a pretty good showing coming in cold in relief of Scrivens.

Assuming that they had that gas to burn. Canada was off their best time by 0.7 seconds, and matching their best time would've beaten the USA. That could be a pacing error, but it's a small enough difference that I don't think that's the only thing it could be.

MEDAL ALERT!! Team Canada (Kaillie Humphries/Phylicia George) has won Bronze in Women's Bobsled!!

A bit of a disappointment for Humphries but it's better than nothing!

Haven't been watching the Sweden/Germany game (still 2-0 Germany heading to the 3rd), but this is interesting...

Justin Peters now the back-up on the bench for Canada. Scrivens out.

LOL....Boomer and Warrener are in Vegas for the game tonight...must of been a complete blow out last night as they are both completely hung over and Pinder is MIA. Anyhow they decided to call Loubardias (cause they KNEW he would be awake watching at 5:45 AM) to get him to update the mens game and not knowing he was live on air, when asked how he was doing Lou responded, "I'm ####ting myself".

Humphries/George got robbed by their equipment. They had better start times and better driving than the gold medalist Germans.

Not sure if that's an indictment of the team for choosing the wrong gear, of the Canadian program for not spending enough to get the best, or an indictment of the sport for not having a level playing field.

Max Noreau blasts one by Koskinen. Canada ahead 1-0.

100%.

Their start times weren't nearly as good as they usually are but Humphries drove that course much better than any other pilot. The equipment was 110% the difference between Gold and Bronze

He will be drafted by Edmonton first overall, so they want to give him a taste of losing and feeling helpless about it.
