Just finished watching Arkansas, a kind of b-movie, dark comedy about the Dixie mafia and really enjoyed it. Not a great movie by any stretch but it does have a great cast who all played their roles really well. If you’re bored and are a fan of any of the cast it’s definitely worth a watch.

Getting Prime for a month to watch the next season of "The Boys" are their any other must-watch shows on Prime? The Boys and BCSaul are pretty much the only shows I care about anymore, so something along those lines or any good documentaries.

If that's your bar, Fleabag is probably an experience you shouldn't pass up while you have the chance.

After having a bunch of people recommend it to me, I finally got around to watching The Expanse this summer.
Great show if you're a fan of sci-fi.
There are 4 seasons (46 total hour-long episodes) on Prime. The first 3 originally aired on Syfy in the States, but they cancelled it and Amazon saved it (apparently Bezos is a big fan) and season 4 is a Prime exclusive.

qualification not necessary! I've gotten at least one non-nerd to admit this was their favorite quarantine binge of any genre.

If The Boys tickles your fancy i would say:
Good Omens
The Great
The Expanse
They all take similarly rude, sarcastic, irreverent tone towards very specific cultural norms.

Ehhhhh, you won't regret watching it, but after season 1 you might start to wonder why you are still watching it and boring yourself to death.

I've seen the first 4 seasons and I thought they were all great. Not an action packed series but I've always been really engaged in the series.

I have watched the entire series and I would have to disagree with your assessment. I loved every season.

I really don't get the hype for Bosch. The acting is stiff, the relationships are awkward, the storylines have all been done before. What am I missing here?
It's firmly in the category of "well... There's nothing else to watch right now....I guess I'll watch Bosch".

Prime has lots of great series and that is it's strength IMO, movies are a different matter, there are some good and some bad and a lot of obscure. Still I find it worth the price.
Explore and enjoy.

Titus Welliver. I started watching because of him and quit watching in spite of him. Highly talented individual.

Bosch is an old-school procedural. It's a slow burn, but personally that's what I love about it...the characters, the mood, the architecture.
If you're the type who prefers constant action, rapid-fire dialogue, things blowing up, characters with superpowers... it's probably not for you.

I met him at Calgary comic expo a couple times one year. Asked him about Punisher Max Kitchen Irish. It portrays the IRA quite negatively. Asked him if Punisher #### talking the IRA was in line with his views. He gave quite a good answer, which I can’t do justice, but basically said “yes”.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll try and watch an episode of each and will probably just end up picking one. I don't have a large appetite for TV shows, but I really like the idea of a CP tour through prime.
