I read something yesterday about a theory that he was a famous musician in the real world before the apocalypse.

Before the apocalypse he was the lead singer of the band "Walking With Alpha". Must have been a fan.

Apparently there was an episode of Fear the Walking Dead where a character is carrying a bunch of old records and you can see one of them has the picture of a bearded man in a cowboy hat on the cover and he looks a lot like Beta.
It's a weird detail to introduce at this stage of the show since I can't see it having any reasonable payoff. If he survives past this season, I'll be shocked.

WOW, last night.
I always feel like the use of flashbacks through drugs to provide alternate timelines poor.
Couple that with Rick being re-introduced.....
I am barley hanging on, this is really my new Lost. I am so deep down the whole I can't not see how it plays out.
But come on.

Yea, that episode was bizarre. So I'm assuming Michone will now be appearing in the upcoming Rick Grimes movie?
I kind of liked the alternate timeline glimpse, mainly because of Negan. The guy is easily the most enjoyable character on the show right now. If it were up to me, he'd be the main protagonist from here on out.

So because of the Corona outbreak the season finale won't be finished post production on time. This season will end with episode 15 on April 5th and the real season finale will air later in the year in a special episode.

That felt like an hour episode with 3 minutes of plot progression.
I wish Negan had rolled with being Alpha for an episode or 2. That could have been fun, before he had them all march into a raging bonfire. Then we could move on. But no, Beta looks to be ready for a comeback.

Yea, not much going on in that episode plot-wise. However, I enjoyed seeing Daryl and Negan partner up. That's a badass duo. If anyone can take down Beta and end the war with the Whisperers, it'll be those two.

Which means it will probably be Lydia that kills him.

Can Carol just die please?
Isn't this the 2nd or 3rd episode int he series that has her seeing and hearing things?
I don't know who that was at the end, but I think I will like her.

Yeah, I used this stay at home time to binge FTWD and I'm all caught up. I'd previously only watched season 1 back in 2015. They left it on a pretty solid cliff hanger but now they are delayed for season 6 because of COVID as well. Bummer.
Sounds like the new spin off, which was supposed to air mid April, will also be delayed.

I was expecting zombie smooshing last night. There was none on my PVR when I checked. Did I miss it, or is it done? Or do they not do the zombie thing out of respect for the other Easter zombie?

Although the episode competed filming, the overal production including special effects, has not. So the finale has been delayed due to Covid-19.

season finale has been pushed back (I don't recall if a date has been released), apparently post production interrupted by COVID19

Ah, was wondering if that was it. Stupid COVID. Probably be a lot more like this in the future. Soon we will have no new content at all!
