Except in this case "Mixed" means yes the person on the video did say those things, but that they were taken wildly out of context.
As for "It's for science, it's legal" yeah, that could be a loophole being used by a private company (which by the way PP is not, private company and non-profit are not the same thing) or it could be, as over a dozen investigations have shown, it is the truth. They are supplying tissue for research and it is legal.
But yeah, why bother with facts when you can put so much weight on what you feel like one statement, without any context, implies.
As for that sick organization, yeah, what horrible people, giving women access to health services that are otherwise unavailable. Stupid sluts shouldn't have access to prenatal care, cancer screening, STD screening/treatment or contraception, not to mention all of those for profit abortions.
Here's the thing dude, a place like PP does more to prevent unwanted pregnancies/abortion by providing access to contraception than they perform.
If you de-fund an organization like PP then you are pretty much guaranteeing that abortion rates are going to go up and more women will be harmed as they resort to ugly options when real medical solutions aren't available.
My goodness, I've never seen someone so opposed to something they obviously have no actual working knowledge of.
But yeah, your feels, I get it.

So sick. You can't even describe what PP does, can you?

Even if the allegations were true (they're not), and even if the alleged behaviour was immoral or illegal (not at all clear), this still seems like a rather dubious basis on which to choose to "defund" an organization.
For instance, I haven't heard any calls recently to defund the US Navy:

At what point does sanity take hold and the center republicans work with the center democrats to put something forward? Surely there are enough of those people in the houses.

Why would the Democrats work with them on this? They have a healthcare plan in place, which while it has problems, is a lot better than the mess the Republicans will want to put in place.

Let them twist in the wind.
I don't see why democrats shouldn't be working with some like minded Republicans on this. There are issues to be addressed (even Obama said as much in his letter) and should be addressed with the current law. This group of right wing yahoos aren't the guys to do that. You let the right wing twist in the wind that doesn't change but you can still accomplish something.
I agree today is not the day. Let the GOP blow their brains out by getting nothing done the first 100 days or so but the dems should be positioning themselves as the party that brought sanity and collaboration back to the hill while continuing to alienate the Tea Party ilk. With some skill they have the chance to actually do some good and continue to drive the wedge into the GOP blowing them apart.
