Maybe I have an Iron Gut, but I've never got sick from a fast food place, except once at Taco Bell.

I didn’t gather that the thread was about getting sick. More of what kinda cleans you out or makes your guts uneasy.

Taco Bell for the record is horrible.

Taco Bell on boxing day 1995. My dad took me after doing some shopping when I was a kid and I couldn't go back to TB for almost 20 years. More recently (well, like back in 2009) Arby's across from SAIT on 16th there. Had it for lunch, went back to the office, and by 3 PM I was every shade of green you would see on a day in Kananaskis. They sent me home and I basically laid on the floor of the bathroom like a drunk kid on their 18th birthday.

Montezuma's revenge.

It was a flight back from Hawaii some years ago. I had lunch at some hole in the wall resturant earlier that day and the food somehow upset my stomach. Half way over the Pacific my stomach acted up and I had to use to toliet. Without getting into to much deal there was a violent explosion that went along with a smell that couldn't be removed.

Of course I was embarrased by what happened and quietly made my way back to my seat. It wasn't long after that when passengers started complaining about a foul smell

Keep it at room temperature and chug it when it comes time to have that drink. They say chilling improves the taste but it makes it difficult to chug it.

I've had 3 of them and learned to drink some gatorade after having the Colyte to remove the taste.

I bought a bidet because of it, I found the worst part was you rub your arse raw you're on the can so much, bidet is way less abrasive

Thanks for the great tip. I was totally planning to follow their advice and keep it in the fridge. Drinking four liters of Colyte sounds like it's going to character building.

I picked up some lemon lime Gatorade today to use as a chaser so I'm covered there.

The great toilet paper shortage of 2020 motivated me to install a hand held sprayer. For some reason, I didn't think about using it for this process and instead bought baby wipes and some baby butt cream. Thanks for reminding me about it, sounds like it'll save me some discomfort.

Chili. I love it, but I have to plan to be at home that night and the next day for sure.

Heavily spiced foods... Indian has already been mentioned but also dishes from the Sichuan region in China will put you down fast. Pretty much all their dishes are spicy but there's one dish that I love despite how it wrecks me everytime - Sichuan Boiled Fish. Fish in a spicy, red broth full of chillies. So tasty and goes so good with rice but man...

There were some popsicles I was allowed to have but I can't remember where I got them or what they were called. Gatorade may be difficult because I can guarantee you will find it quite difficult to ingest more liquid. Maybe the odd sips will work for you, though. Good luck!
