Flames are now the underdog in the series...might not be the worst thing in the world

Next game likely wins the series IMO

There's a lot of things the Flames could have done better but momentum is a real thing. The refs gave the Avalanche a huge momentum swing with that silly call to give the them a 2 man advantage Not saying the Flames would have won but that was huge turning point there.

As soon as I heard the whole Makar storyline I had a feeling this would happen...

Lol 100%. At least he has some compete though, something Monahan and Gaudreau clearly lack. They seem like players who are happy making millions playing a game. All skill, not much effort. Not the type of players you'll go far, go deep, and/or eventually win with.

If Hrudey is right Peters is making his move, switching the goalies. That should do the trick.

Awful thread title. Lets blame the refs to diminish the utter horse crap performance the team put together.

We have the best team built for the All-Stars - nobody going to touch us in the All-stars baby.

Refs were absolutely TERRIBLE, but they're not the reason Calgary lost

Tough game for the boys in red. The team needs to regroup and focus on the next game.

Bennett, Tkachuk, and Hamonic is playing with heart

Top line is not looking good

Lot's of bounces just did not go the Flame's way tonight. Let's go Flames!!

Our biggest problem right now is how we’re going to reduce 56 shots. They’ve turned into a juggernaut and we have no answer. I honestly cannot see how they are going to play differently in game 4.
