Canadian Elite Basketball League coming to Calgary!

Yep, lame final with a sparse crowd. But everything before that was excellent. Really hope this league keeps growing and I'll definitely get out to some games next season.

This is a small, start up league, do away with a "host city" for the final right now. That's so lame and only works when you're a really big league with history and people willing to travel for a final.

At this level it's embarrassing and just leads to a sparse, unengaged crowd for your premium game of the year. Bad choice.

I assume they did this for cost reasons?? But yes I agree it doesnt make sense from a fan engagement perspective at all. Not a good look on TV either.
