Ditto, experiencing the same down in Canyon Meadows. Haven't bothered calling it in because I figured it was a waste of time, but yeah, it's been slow.

Mine has been better since I realized it was a wireless interference issue, not a shaw issue

My connection was pretty bad here in New Brighton between 4-8PM today. I'm on BB50. All is well now though.

I've been having a #### time playing online games the last couple months. Today was absolutely intolerable though. I would call Shaw, but I have no idea what to expect. Seems like it is the occasional packet loss. Is there anything they can do about that?

Yep. Over the last few days my internet speeds haven't been the greatest. Netflix has been streaming at "288SD". I live in the NW.

Have you all checked out the shaw community for answers? They also have a chat feature you can chat online with tech support or whatever.

It can, they can change your node which helps with PL.
