youtube issue with S4

For the last month or so youtube videos have not been working. The videos that are embedded show only half the screen and I can not click on them.

Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

For a wild guess, I'd check out your adobe flash player driver and your video card and driver. Have they been updated in the last month?

GS4's have video cards? Didn't think they were that big.

I thought I didn't have adobe flash player? How would I update my driver? This is why I should have stayed with the iPhone.

What browser are you using, and or have used the youtube app?

Also are you having this issue while on Wi-fi and 4g? Have you tried any other streaming services?

Just Internet Explorer. It only happens on CCP.

Problems on LTE and wifi.

Hmmm weird, googled this issue and can't seem to find the same issue. Did you try the youtube app? Also do me a favor and grab chrome browser, IE is just awful, at least confirm that another browser has the same issue.

Ok, I tried using Firefox and it says that it's missing a plug-in. The Youtube APP works fine.

I am going to download Chrome now and see if it works. Thanks.

Edit: Thanks dude! Youtube is finally working for me on CP. Must have been an IE problem.

I use the youtube app or chrome...never IE. I've never had a problem.
