Except in the US, where they can't get away with that crap because they're trying to grow the market down there. The ads down south are polar opposites.

In Canada Timmie's is god.

There was ONE funny Tims commercial in all of history. The radio version of the bagel one:

This ain't your father's bagel!
You are my father, dad.
This ain't your grandfather's bagel!
Think again, sport!

At least, I thought it was funny. Not like the rest of them that make me want to turn off the radio/TV forever, just to ensure that I never hear them again.

The new "snuffy" ad for shark week on Discovery. I just don't get it at all. So, the seal lived inside the shark for a year? And why is there a fat, badly sunburned dude inside the shark as well?

The shark looks really fake as well, especially the water dripping off of it.

Any diaper commercial that talks about "12 hour protection"
BS. Unless your child sleeps for 12 hours, but almost no kid who wears a diaper does.
And what kids in diaper doesn't pinch a loaf over he course of 12 hours?
Anyone who lets their kid stay in a diaper for 12 hours should try wearing one for that long themselves.

The Saskatchewan ad with the Sheepdogs song is perhaps the worst ever crime against humanity.

My 3 month old will sleep 10hrs at a time overnight. Paying for the better diapers are worth it so he doesn't wake up pissed off and wet at 2 am.

Please tell me this is your second child and you know how extremely blessed you are to have a 3 month old that sleeps that long.

My toddler (2.5 years old) can sleep 10-12 hours and he's not potty trained yet.
Better diapers = happier boy.

There's something to be said for cheap diapers by that age though. These space-age diapers today seem to absorb everything. If they can feel the crap and be uncomfortable, they'll be less likely to be ok with it and start using the potty instead.
