Well, you're both just wrong.
But that's cool.

If being wrong means that I continue to think 2 and a half men is awful and always has been, then I don't wanna be right.

Shocked people actually still watch this crap. Just cancel it already if your cast members are going to continue to pull stunts like this.

Most sitcoms are crap after the first couple of seasons. It's always just the same scenarios and jokes over and over until eventually people get sick of it.

Why is it not being cancelled you ask? Because when Ashton Kutcher joined the cast last year, that year had the highest ratings for the show ever. I don't know what the ratings look like for this year, but the show is still a tank for ratings.

What deal with the devil does Ashton Kucher have that allows him to keep working? Maybe they will just add a bikini clad Jenny McCarthy to every episode to keep the ratings going?

Just sounds like their taking him off the main payroll. He's going to be on as a recurring guest star.
He wasn't on every episode anymore anyway, just sounds like the natural progression.
The show really has gone down since Aston took over (not that it's really his fault, just no good way to write it and his character kinda sucks), I think they've gotten all the mileage they could have off Charlie death twist, people just wanted to see what was going to happen.

I stopped watching after the first episode post Sheen.
I just can't stand AK as an actor, he was decent in Butterfly effect, would have rather had the original ending though where he strangles himself with his Umbilical cord before he's born, but whatever.
He was the worst part of the 70's show.

He's definitely not a good actor, but you know what you're going to get with him and you know he's not going to reach and really mess things up. Which in my opinion is better than a lot of 'serious' actors that suck at being serious.
As much as I hate to admit it, I kinda liked 'What Happens in Vegas', because it was exactly what it's supposed to be. And Cameron Diaz is the same sort of actor. A horrible actress, but does her one stupid role well.

Two and a Half Men vs. religion is like Oilers vs. Canucks... can't they both lose?

I've actually been enjoying this show a lot since Ashton took over.
Jake's departure is much needed as his 'cuteness in the face of crudeness' factor isn't applicable anymore.
This is now a much more raunchier and ridiculous show, and after 10+ seasons, that's exactly what you need to keep it going. Glad it was renewed.
