See you guys there! Got my tickets for March 11th, bringing my youngest son (4) for his first live Flames game. Section 213 Row 19
Should be able to make it to party Saturday afternoon/evening if the roads are good!

Perhaps Petr may be able to change my mind... if any Flame fan can, it's him.

If anyone is looking for tickets in 222 for that game PM me, I know two season ticket holders in row 13 and another in row 14 who usually sell their seats below face value and often below season ticket holder price.

Hope I will be a good luck charm for home games. It was the case in 2011 and also in 2014 :-) Hope that trend will continue, because we really need it! Go Flames!Forget about tonight and get ready for the Bruins on Monday!

Not sure if I am going to the game but I go to half the games in section 222 Row 17, if I’m there I’ll stop by and say hello

I’m up for Craft.
Maybe those who can attend should Thank Aeneas’ post #186 so it’s easy to count.

Of course, you realize that a prolonged winning streak so close to the playoffs will mean you're staying until early June.

You're trying to win over a Czech guy by saying you don't drink beer? Seems like a questionable strategy.

Fee: nothing unless we decide otherwise.
Now, we can get a food spread for a fee but I would need numbers. My AGM is going to book the upper dining room for us so that we can put the volume up.
But again, we should try to get a feel for how many are coming to this."
Please answer here so he will know the numbers.

The first winner for the 21st March game contest is .... Gaskal!
A free ticket to the game versus Anaheim. Attend with Calgaryboy.
Likely a ride to and from Saddledome.
(Unless you live in Airdrie!)

Haha, I don't know if the format would work best, but I'll do something for it for sure. Win or lose.
Thanks to Petr, Aeneas and Rhetts, really look forward to meeting you all!

We still got room? Can I throw my name into the ring?
Why I'd be a good choice to go:
- The last time I went to a Flames game was the last time Calgaryboy was in town
- I'll have some advance notice to book time off so I can be extra obnoxious
- if the Flames stink up the place I know lots of awful jokes
- My alter ego is an automatic +1, and he doesn't need a ticket

Worth the price of admission all on its own.
Sorry man, I dont have tickets to give but you've got my vote.

It's almost here! I know CB has counted down the days and it's now so close it's time for a reminder of some of the events planned.
March 9
CB arrives at 14:55pm
March 10
After CB goes to Flames practice with his special lower bowl access pass thanks to Candice from The Flames Foundation, and sleeps off some of the jetlag, there will be a party at Aeneas' house for CPers to meet and greet.
Food will be Czech and Eastern Euro based, plus I believe Beer Vault will be supplying some special brews. There might be other surprises in store too, so come out if you can.
Aeneas will provide details.
March 11 - Islanders
CB will be in section 110 for the game. Look for him in row 8 just above the visitors tunnel. We will try and be out near the front of the truck between periods for anyone to come on by.
March 13 - Greasers
E=ng. I forget who he's going with and what section, but he'll be there.
March 16 - Sharks
CB will be in section 110 again for the game.
March 18 - Knights
Watch the out of town game with CB at Craft Beer Market Downtown - 345 10 AVE SW
1:30pm ish - game time is at 2pm. Thanks to csnarpy for putting this together.
March 19 - Coyotes
Talk of heading somewhere to watch the game. Watch this thread for more details. By then CB might need a quiet night, we will see.
March 21 - Ducks
Win a chance to go to the game with CB complements of Rhettzky
See above for details. Seats are in section 222 row 18
March 23
A very tired but I'm expecting happy ("satisfied" as he is known to say) CB hops on the plane at 18:55 to go back home.
In between there will be trips to Flames practices, countless Horton's runs, Fanattic shopping sprees, possibly a Peters lunch, and other ad hoc events. Dion is going to be a busy man being CB's Uber driver!
Watch this thread for pics and updates throughout the visit.

What kind of surprises will there be at the party? Strippers? Hookers & Blow? Count me in if that is the case
Also, just for curiosity, how can a regular citizen of Calgary ask for a backstage behind-the-scene tour of the Dome? Do I have to be some sort of a dignitary traveling from the other side of the world to get access?
Anyways, have fun and I would try to make it out to the Craft Beer event on Mar 18.
By the way, how can we enter the contest for Rhettzky's tickets? I would like to put in my entry. I know I am one of the laziest posters here as my name would suggest (not as hardcore as most of you nerds are), I realize I always make posts that seems to be asking the strangest unrelated questions at the most inopportune time seemingly a "thread killer" (it seems like right after I posted on a hotly-debated topic the discussion just stop dead right there), I know that my so called "opinions" rub off people the wrong ways often, BUT in reality, I am a nice person, trying to be friendly, although I tend to crack jokes that nobody would laugh at (or understand). Anyways, please pick me!!
Thank you for your attention....
