This sounds like a movie, except you'd likely have to age up the protagonists to make people believe it.

Four children aged 13, 9, 4, and 11 months survived a plane crash that killed three adults and then survived (apparently) on their own for 17 days in the Amazon jungle.

The children are part of the extremely small indigenous group the Huitoto. Which probably explains a lot, even if it doesn't make it less remarkable.

That sounds eerily similar to the story of Juliane Koepcke told in Herzog’s documentary, “Wings of Hope”.

I can't believe I haven't been back to China in almost 3 years. My wife and I are looking to transition back to being in China 6 months/year and I'm sure that even after just three years I'm going to feel like I'm coming out of the stone age when I go back. I miss innovations like this so much.

But I just order food on my phone and then go pick it up. Dont even need a tablet on a shopping cart. Have the favourites saved that we buy every week and add a few other things and browse for whats on sale all from home.

My point was more about the cultural difference around embracing new tech and running with it. People are just very open to new tech in their lives there and you get all kinds of solutions and innovations being implemented. It's just a cultural difference, like expecting more focus on pace and quality of life if you go to France.
