On my app it’s already been downgraded significantly, and the following week contains higher chance of rain.

Going through Fish Creek, it's already getting that crisp, fire starter look to all the trees, grass and shrubs. That's just weeks after the green started from winter.

If we dont get a solid few days of rain before we hit our normal 30 degree stretch this place is going to be a tinder-box.

The longer we go without rain makes the ground that much harder.

Any rain we get won't infiltrate and we will be right back to tinderbox conditions.
