Default VPN suggestions?
I want to give Google Bard a whirl. It’s been over 10 years since I last used a VPN.

Can someone recommend a cheap/simple/quality VPN option for this purpose?

The easiest solution (if it works for this purpose) would be to install the Opera browser and click the button to turn on vpn.

I use SurfShark and it is fantastic. Gets around all geoblocks and is super fast.
