Telus Modem - How to put in Bridge Mode?

Hi,

I just got Telus Internet and I have the ZyXEL VSG-1432, my internet occasionally cuts out for a few minutes then comes back. I've read that using my own router would help with that, but in order to do that I need to put it in bridge mode.

From using my poor googling skills, it tells me to go to 'broadband' and select 'bridge mode'. However, I am not seeing this 'broadband' setting. Anyone have experience in how to get around this?

I havent used Telus in years, but if this is the default router Telus uses you may need to call them to do it. I know Shaw is like that. They just may have that feature locked down

Yep, call Telus and they can do it.

I have the actiontec 1000 and it was just in the settings. I don't honestly know what it means but I was able to turn it on lol.
